Today was a great day! We celebrated the upcoming holiday break by watching La Misma Luna and making paper snowflakes to send to the Connecticut Teachers Association to decorate the school for the Sandy Hook Elementary School students. Today was also Cupcake Love day and students had an extra special cupcake treat today in class!

What we learned today: Students practiced with new vocabulary and ir + a + infinitive. Students learned how to conjugate stem-changing verbs. We practiced with the verb jugar and famous athletes.

Fri 12/21/12 County Assessment: Speaking / Writing Wed 1/09/13 Reading / Listening Thurs 1/10/13 What we learned today: We practiced with vocabulary. We also read Chapter 5 of our secret agent book. We learned how to express the future in Spanish using ir + a + infinitives.
Homework: Workbook pg. 4B-5 Important Dates: What we learned today: Students completed Chapter 4A Test. We started the new chapter. Students learned Chapter 4B vocabulary words.

We reviewed question words and the students learned a song to practice those words. We also briefly talked about the verb ir.

Students received their vocab list and workbook packet for Chapter 4A however we did not go over the words in class.
